Kenneth Nkusi is a painter from Rwanda. He is also a 2017 alumnus of the Mandela Washington Fellowship, which trains young African leaders.
His paintings are on permanent display at MADS Gallery in Kigali. He has also had exhibitions abroad, in Brussels, Belgium, Monaco, Barcelona, Luxembourg, to name just a few. At MADS Gallery, Kenneth also displays art of young promising artists that he coaches on their art journey.
He also enjoys taking the time to translate his thoughts onto the canvas. His signature is the mixture of coffee grounds and acrylic paint to produce an interesting texture and a depth that transcends the two dimensions of the canvas.
